Assalamualaikum...
Last week i went to Seminar Fiqh & Usul Fiqh Dalam Amalan Perubatan Kontemporari at CUCMS, Cyberjaya. There was about 45 of us 'representative' of IIUM, the only U from outside of Selangot to attend the seminar. I would say that the programme is informative and help me to retrieve back what i had learned before in UNGS, BTQ etc.
From outside CUCMS look like hq office, the facilities is of course more advanced than what we have in Kuantan, just so you know how in luxury they are, the white board is made of glass(should i call it glassboard then
*really, sound like jakun*).

At the reception; kak cunda, majdiah, mas, izzah, me , fatimah and kak wawa

Because the programme start at 9am and it is in Selangor, so we had to move earlier, we went off 12.30am, and reached Gombak around 4am before we started off again to Cyberjaya at 7am. So, no wonder i got a bit sleepy during the talk.
Here i wanna share some of the cases that we had discussed:
(click on it to make it bigger)

First of course we have to talk and advice her properly, because she is having major depression. If she marries the guy, it does not really solve the matter, because he might be the father and might be not the baby's father, also the baby still be considered as out of wedlock. So, we must access her psychology state and identify her support system(supportive parent etc). Abortion for a very strong reason may be considerable if the pregnancy is below 4month yo. In this case, the abortion might be preferable as her major depression may harm her such as she might going to commit suicide. We take the dururiyah of her life over her baby.

Doing plastic surgery and botox injections is
impermissible for beautification. Plastic surgery is only allowed to do facial construction in order to retain it function and structure like before.

He should not stop praying for such reason, to solve the problem, every time he wants to pray, he has to clean both bags, take wudu' and pray. Anything that come into the bags during his prayer is not affecting his prayer.

Many medication indeed, used now days are porcine and it is haram to use it if there is other choice or the disease is not life-threatening . Heparin for example, was undergo through many processes that it is not itself(pig) that been inserted into the patient. Other example is grape juice which is halal , become haram if been fermented as it make one drunk, and become halal again if been fermented further as it turn to vinegar.

'Show' here means bleeding and not considered as nifas, so she is considered in non-menstrual period and has to pray as usual.

In this case, the egg and sperm is harvested before the husband died, after the earthquake, the wife want to have child via IVF of the harvested egg and sperm. This is impermissible as the husband died, the knot between them is considered broken, so if she implanted the embryos after the husband died, the babies is considered out of wedlock and can't be named with the deceased husband's name. It is important to note that what she had done may arising fitnah as people would wondering how come she could be pregnant when the husband is already died.
