Last week i went to Seminar Fiqh & Usul Fiqh Dalam Amalan Perubatan Kontemporari at CUCMS, Cyberjaya. There was about 45 of us 'representative' of IIUM, the only U from outside of Selangot to attend the seminar. I would say that the programme is informative and help me to retrieve back what i had learned before in UNGS, BTQ etc.
From outside CUCMS look like hq office, the facilities is of course more advanced than what we have in Kuantan,just so you know how in luxury they are, the white board is made of glass(should i call it glassboard then *really, sound like jakun*).

Because the programme start at 9am and it is in Selangor, so we had to move earlier, we went off 12.30am, and reached Gombak around 4am before we started off again to Cyberjaya at 7am. So, no wonder i got a bit sleepy during the talk.Here i wanna share some of the cases that we had discussed:

First of course we have to talk and advice her properly, because she is having major depression. He should not stop praying for such reason, to solve the problem, every time he wants to pray, he has to clean both bags, take wudu' and pray. Anything that come into the bags during his prayer is not affecting his prayer.

In this case, the egg and sperm is harvested before the husband died, after the earthquake, the wife want to have child via IVF of the harvested egg and sperm. This is impermissible as the husband died, the knot between them is considered broken, so if she implanted the embryos after the husband died, the babies is considered out of wedlock and can't be named with the deceased husband's name. It is important to note that what she had done may arising fitnah as people would wondering how come she could be pregnant when the husband is already died.Read the rest..>>

If in the mother and the deceased husband...why is the act is considered illegal??
The confusion of lineage is absent, it's for sure that the sperm came from the husband...what if the uruf of her place is that IVF is such a common that people wouldnt suspect her for adultery???what if she is confirmed to be making no contact with other man after that?assuming she is taken into prison where there is only female and yet she still opt to fertilize her eggs??

my sentences is not cleared enough i think, the comment made is based on her recent condition, so as i said before, when her husband died, their knot is off, so she is forbid to have children using her deceased husband's sperm after her husband died although everybody know the sperm is her deceased husband's.

it's just,
dont you ever wonder,what are 'they' trying to "preserve" in the forbidding of such act...if it's for the deen, what might be affected? Is there any kind of dalil which prohibit/allow copulation/fertilization using/with the deceased? or maybe the preservation of 'aql because it might be insane to do so..or, or , or.. anything which deserves preserving. in anyway, if u dont mind, can you plz seek on what basis make such act prohibited..and WHY?dalil plz...i think dis week it's the sis turn to handle guidance box...so, consider this a question. I'm freakinly lazy to write this on paper..plus, my cover can be blown-up that way..
